Toyota Introduces a New Highlander Generation with the 2020 Model

When looking for a mid-size SUV that has helped on all sorts of trips and adventures, many around St. Louis turn to the Toyota Highlander. What Has Changed in the 2020 Toyota Highlander?

The 2020 Highlander is the start of the fourth generation for the SUV that Shiloh, IL drivers love, and this new model has a bolder exterior, which you can see in the video above, while riding on an all-new platform that bolsters everything from comfort to efficiency. Speaking of efficiency, the 2020 Toyota Highlander hybrid will get an estimated 34 mpg combined, which is spectacular for a three-row SUV. The Highlander will still offer a traditional gas engine that is great for towing and conquering poor conditions, which the all-new all-wheel drive system with Driveline Disconnect and Multi Terrain Select will also help with.

For new features, the 2020 Toyota Highlander provides Highland drivers with a massive screen for the infotainment system, which now comes standard with Waze, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa connectivity. Also standard is the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 suite, which makes the 2020 Highlander safer. Plus, the new Highlander still seats up to eight passengers and has comfort features ranging from heated seats to multi-zone climate control!
